Imran Pathan, a distinguished engineer with a B.E. in Civil Engineering, PGD.ACM from NICMAR, and a CEP from IIT, boasts 21 years of vast experience. His expertise spans across project management, civil engineering, architecture & design, cost management, corporate governance and more, integrating advanced technologies, IT, eCommerce and sustainable practices in various sectors including real estate and industrial development. Imran has contributed to numerous high-profile projects, such as the United Nations UNFCCC CDM Projects for Tata Steel and Magarpatta City, and has been pivotal in multiple large scale real estate project developments. He is also the founder of Frenz Greenearth Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Ar. Manoj E. K. B.Arch., PGD.ACM.(NICMAR)

Manoj, with his academic credentials from REC Calicut and NICMAR, possesses over two decades of experience in project management and civil engineering, with a particular knack for architecture and design. His expertise extends to planning, scheduling, claims, and EOTs. Manoj's notable contributions include projects for significant IT and tech corporations like In India: Accenture, Intuit, IVY Comptech, TCS, Wipro, LGCL Developers, In UAE: Damac, Emaar, Wafra, Mafraq Mall, Emirates Palace, In KSA: Al Othman Holding, Amaala (Red Sea Global), underlining his capacity to handle large-scale and complex projects.

Er. Jagdish Nair B.Tech.Civil, PGD.ACM.(NICMAR)

Jagdish Nair, with a strong foundation in civil engineering from the University of Kerala and further specialization from NICMAR, has 21 years of profound experience in the oil and gas sector. He is adept in project management and contracts & arbitration, having contributed to significant international projects with firms like ADNOC UAE and SAUDI ARAMCO KSA. Jagdish's expertise has been crucial in navigating the complex regulatory and operational challenges in the global energy market

Ar. Priya Thanawalla B.Arch, PGD.ACM (NICMAR)

Priya Thanawalla, an architect from MIT Manipal since 2001 with a PGDACM from NICMAR, holds 22 years of industry expertise. Her extensive background in project management and architecture & design has seen her leading projects in real estate, infrastructure, and industrial development. Priya’s notable projects include IT campus developments and BSFI/ITES corporate fitouts, showcasing her proficiency in sustainable construction and technology integration.

Er. Yogesh Joshi B.E.Civil, PGD.ACM.(NICMAR)

Yogesh Joshi, a graduate of KITS Ramtek, Nagpur University with a B.E. in Civil Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR Pune, brings over two decades of rich professional experience to the table. His career began at Gammon India Limited, where he spent 13 years specializing in contracts management, tendering, and business development, particularly in industrial projects and the power sector. Following his tenure at Gammon, Yogesh joined Afcons Infrastructure Limited, dedicating five years to project management and business development in infrastructure.

Er. Jayant Chenji B.E.Civil, PGD.ACM (NICMAR)

Jayant Chenji, currently serving as VP of Projects at Minaas, has a rich background with a BE in Civil and a PGDACM from NICMAR. With 27 years of experience, his expertise includes project management, civil engineering, and business development, with a specialization in building airport infrastructures. His industry involvement spans real estate, infrastructure, and industrial development, notably with major firms like GMR Group and L&T, focusing on airport-specific infrastructure.

Er. Amit Shukla  B.E.Civil, PGD.ACM (NICMAR)

Amit Shukla graduated from MNIT Jaipur and completed his PGDACM at NICMAR Pune, supplemented with an Investment Banking Certificate from IIM Indore. With 22 years in the field, Amit specializes in project management, cost management, and investment and asset management. He has a strong presence in the real estate and finance sectors, contributing to projects with prominent developers like Jayaberi and Purvankara.

Er. Karthik K N Udupa  B.E.Civil, PGD.ACM (NICMAR)

Karthik K N Udupa, a civil engineer from JNNCE, Kuvempu University, and a postgraduate from NICMAR, has 25 years of professional experience. His work focuses on civil engineering, cost management, and project planning, evident in major projects such as the Vedanta alumina plant and Tollygunge metro. Karthik has also pursued legal education, completing an MBL and currently pursuing a PhD from NLSIU, enhancing his expertise in contracts and arbitration.

Er. Moumita Das  B.E.Civil, PGD.ACM (NICMAR)

Moumita Das, with a BE in Civil from SJCIT, VTU University, and a postgraduate degree from NICMAR, has 7 years of focused experience in project management and cost management. Her work primarily involves real estate and infrastructure projects, with significant contributions to IOCL tankage projects, showcasing her capability in managing complex constructions.

Er. Devendra Awati  B.E.Construction, PGD.ACM (NICMAR)

Devendra Awati, with a B.E. in Construction and a PGD-ACM, has dedicated 21 years to the real estate sector. His expertise in project management, civil engineering, and business development has influenced numerous residential developments around Pune, marking him as a key player in regional development.

Er. Shiv Agrawal B.E.Civil, PGD.ACM (NICMAR)

Shiv Agrawal, who holds a B.E. in Civil from MIET Gondia and a PGD-ACM from NICMAR, has 16 years of experience, specializing in architecture, design, and site construction. His notable contributions include projects with the PWD, Municipal Corporation, and IGKV, focusing on institutional developments.

Er. Rohit Karve B.E.Civil, PGD.ACM (NICMAR) 

Rohit K., co-founder of AweNics Ventures Pvt. Ltd., holds a BE in Civil Engineering from KLS Gogte Institute of Technology and a PGDACM from NICMAR, Pune. With over 21 years of experience, he specializes in project management, civil engineering, and cost management. Rohit has significantly contributed to sectors like real estate and infrastructure development. Notable projects include his work with Gammon India Ltd on the NTPC Vindyachal project and various planning and execution roles at Synergy Property Development Services.

Er. Vishal Desale B.E.Civil, PGD.ACM (NICMAR) 

Vishal Desale, the proprietor of Apex Creations and Desale Patil Developers, has carved a niche in the real estate and construction industry with his comprehensive expertise and visionary leadership. Graduating with a B.E. in Civil from Sanjivani Education Society's College of Engineering and further honing his skills with a PGDACM from NICMAR, Pune in 2004, Vishal has amassed 21 years of experience in project management, civil engineering, and marketing. He specializes in real estate, infrastructure development, and industrial civil contracting, with notable collaborations including major projects for Mega Pipes Pvt Ltd and Rivipac Polymers Pvt Ltd. 

Er. Ajit K. B.E.Civil, PGD.ACM (NICMAR)

A. Kumar, a Team Leader at MSPark Futuristics & associates, graduated with a B.E. in Civil and a PGDACM from NICMAR, Pune. He has an executive MBA from IIM Calcutta, enhancing his 20 years of experience in project management, cost management, and contracts & arbitration. His work primarily involves real estate and infrastructure projects, with significant contributions to Sahara India Pariwar, where he prepared numerous impactful reports.

Prof. Er. Rajiv Nehru B.E.Civil, M.Tech.(COEP), SMP(IIM), RCS(UK)

Prof. Rajiv, serves as the Dean of the Larsen and Toubro Institute of Project Management, bringing over 30 years of expertise in education, and construction management professional training across Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. A top ranker from AV College of Engineering, Sangamner with a Bachelor in Engineering (Civil), he also holds a Master of Engineering in Construction Management from Government College of Engineering, Pune, and has completed a Senior Management Program at IIM Ahmedabad. His credentials are further bolstered by certifications in Project Management, FIDIC, Contract Management, and Building Information Modelling. A British Chevening Scholar, he studied Environmental Management and Sustainable Development at the University of Wales, Bangor. Awarded the India Achievers’ Award 2024 for his contributions to nation-building, Nehru has held significant roles with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors UK, NICMAR, Rohan Builders, HCC Limited, Frenz Greenearth Tech. and established the Nehru Institute of Construction Enterprise (NICE) in Pune. His professional advisory work spans over 200 Indian and 15 international organizations in more than 15 countries.
