Er. Imran Pathan B.E.Civil, PGD.ACM (NICMAR), CEP (IIT)

Imran Pathan, a distinguished engineer with a B.E. in Civil Engineering, PGD.ACM from NICMAR, and a CEP from IIT, boasts 21 years of vast experience. His expertise spans across project management, civil engineering, architecture & design, cost management, corporate governance and more, integrating advanced technologies, IT, eCommerce and sustainable practices in various sectors including real estate and industrial development. Imran has contributed to numerous high-profile projects, such as the United Nations UNFCCC CDM Projects for Tata Steel and Magarpatta City, and has been pivotal in multiple large scale real estate project developments. He is also the founder of Frenz Greenearth Technologies Pvt. Ltd.

Er. Yogesh Joshi B.E.Civil, PGD.ACM.(NICMAR)

Yogesh Joshi, a graduate of KITS Ramtek, Nagpur University with a B.E. in Civil Engineering and a Postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR Pune, brings over two decades of rich professional experience to the table. His career began at Gammon India Limited, where he spent 13 years specializing in contracts management, tendering, and business development, particularly in industrial projects and the power sector. Following his tenure at Gammon, Yogesh joined Afcons Infrastructure Limited, dedicating five years to project management and business development in infrastructure.

Er. Devendra Awati  B.E.Construction, PGD.ACM (NICMAR)

Devendra Awati, with a B.E. in Construction and a PGD-ACM, has dedicated 21 years to the real estate sector. His expertise in project management, civil engineering, and business development has influenced numerous residential developments around Pune, marking him as a key player in regional development.

Er. Rohit K B.E.Civil, PGD.ACM (NICMAR) 

Rohit K., co-founder of AweNics Ventures Pvt. Ltd., holds a BE in Civil Engineering from KLS Gogte Institute of Technology and a PGDACM from NICMAR, Pune. With over 21 years of experience, he specializes in project management, civil engineering, and cost management. Rohit has significantly contributed to sectors like real estate and infrastructure development. Notable projects include his work with Gammon India Ltd on the NTPC Vindyachal project and various planning and execution roles at Synergy Property Development Services.

Er. Vishal Desale B.E.Civil, PGD.ACM (NICMAR) 

Vishal Desale, the proprietor of Apex Creations and Desale Patil Developers, has carved a niche in the real estate and construction industry with his comprehensive expertise and visionary leadership. Graduating with a B.E. in Civil from Sanjivani Education Society's College of Engineering and further honing his skills with a PGDACM from NICMAR, Pune in 2004, Vishal has amassed 21 years of experience in project management, civil engineering, and marketing. He specializes in real estate, infrastructure development, and industrial civil contracting, with notable collaborations including major projects for Mega Pipes Pvt Ltd and Rivipac Polymers Pvt Ltd. 

Er. Ajit K. B.E.Civil, PGD.ACM (NICMAR)

A. Kumar, a Team Leader at MSPark Futuristics & associates, graduated with a B.E. in Civil and a PGDACM from NICMAR, Pune. He has an executive MBA from IIM Calcutta, enhancing his 20 years of experience in project management, cost management, and contracts & arbitration. His work primarily involves real estate and infrastructure projects, with significant contributions to Sahara India Pariwar, where he prepared numerous impactful reports.
